Refund policy

We're a small brand and we price our pieces as close to the bone as we can. Holding that price means we can't carry the cost of returns and reverse logistics — so please read this before you order.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns. We do not offer exchanges. We do not refund change of mind.

That includes a piece that doesn't fit, a colour that looked different on your screen, an order placed by mistake, or simply deciding you'd rather not keep it. Once your order has been dispatched, it's yours.

Please get the size right before you order

Because we can't exchange, sizing is the one thing worth slowing down for. Every product page carries a full measurement chart — chest, length and sleeve, in inches, measured flat. Measure a garment you already own and love, and match it to the chart rather than guessing from your usual label size.

If you're between two sizes or unsure, write to us at hello@norahscozywear.in before you order. We'll help you choose, and we'd much rather spend five minutes on that than have you stuck with something that doesn't fit.

The one exception: if we got it wrong

Final sale does not mean you carry our mistakes. If your order arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, as the wrong item, or materially different from how it was described on the site, we will replace it or refund you in full — including any shipping — whichever you prefer.

To claim this, email hello@norahscozywear.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue and the packaging. An unboxing video helps but isn't required. We'll respond within one business day and arrange the pickup at our cost.

This right is protected under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and nothing on this page limits it.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge at any point before your order is dispatched — usually a window of about one business day. Email us with your order number and we'll refund you in full. Once the parcel has left us, it can't be cancelled.

How approved refunds are paid

Where a refund is due, it goes back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to display it.
