Shipping policy

Every NORAH'S order is packed by hand and sent with free shipping anywhere in India.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. The price on the product page is the price at checkout.

Prepaid orders only

We do not offer cash on delivery. All orders are paid for online at checkout, by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.

We know COD is convenient, and we may add it later. For now, keeping every order prepaid is part of how we hold our prices where they are — it removes the failed-delivery costs that would otherwise sit on top of every piece we sell.

Where we deliver

Across India only. We are not shipping internationally yet — when that changes, we'll say so here first.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 3–6 business days for most pin codes, and up to 8 for remote and north-eastern locations. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are processed the next working day.

Tracking

The moment your parcel leaves us you'll get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. If it hasn't moved within 48 hours of dispatch, write to us and we'll chase it.

Please check your address

Couriers in India call before delivering, and an unreachable phone number is the most common reason a parcel comes back. Because all orders are final sale, an undeliverable parcel is re-dispatched at your cost once we've reached you — so it's worth checking your address and number carefully at checkout.
