These terms govern your use of norahscozywear.in and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

This store is operated by NORAH'S Cozywear, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Throughout these terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to NORAH'S Cozywear, and "you" refers to you, the customer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

All sales are final

Every order placed with us is final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or refund change of mind, including where a piece does not fit. Our full Refund Policy forms part of these terms and sets out the narrow circumstances — damage, manufacturing defect, wrong item, or an item materially different from its description — in which we will replace or refund. Please read it before ordering.

Payment

All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order already placed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price, or where the quantity ordered is not consistent with personal use. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you get a full refund.

Products, colour and sizing

We photograph every piece as faithfully as we can, but screens differ and the colour you see may vary slightly from the fabric in your hands. Garment measurements are given on each product page, taken flat, with a tolerance of up to half an inch. A variation within that range is not a defect and is not grounds for a refund.

All items are subject to availability. Where stock runs out after you order, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we've received your order, not our acceptance of it. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch the goods.

Intellectual property

The NORAH'S name and logo, our product photography, our prints and our written copy belong to us. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Your account and information

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and current, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it.
